This role offers the opportunity to join a highly specialized pension administration team supporting members through exceptional customer service and accurate, timely information. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, research and resolve pension-related inquiries, and ensure every interaction meets quality and compliance standards. Working closely with experienced administrators, actuaries, and consultants, you’ll gain valuable expertise in both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans while contributing to projects that improve processes and member satisfaction. Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to incoming calls from plan members and make outbound follow-up calls.
  • Research and provide clear, accurate answers to pension plan-related questions.
  • Process member information using internal databases and information systems.
  • Support senior team members and follow their guidance on complex matters.
  • Participate in special projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Attend training sessions to deepen knowledge of industry topics and trends.
  • Ensure each transaction meets established quality control and service standards.
  • Comply with all internal risk management policies and procedures.

  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to work independently while being a dedicated team player.
  • Knowledge or experience with Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) pension plans (asset).
