Overview

Client Service Manager (Project Manager- Repairs) at Siemens Energy. You will collaborate on the execution of repair projects for rotating equipment with the service center team, relay valuable customer feedback and decisions regarding ongoing projects, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee repair shop projects by generating quotes and managing financial aspects, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Develop clear and detailed work instructions for the shop floor, outlining inspection and repair scopes while referencing all relevant repair and factory technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present project documentation and progress reports for internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Engage in improvement initiatives, particularly Health, Safety, and Environment, to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.
What You Bring
  • Experience on repairs / maintenance for steam turbines, compressors, reciprocating equipment and valves.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years and interest working with rotating equipment.
  • Experience with managing project life cycle, cost and strong project management capability.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible to work extended hours during shutdown time frames which can include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SAP and Outlook.
