A prominent financial services firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Toronto to enhance client loyalty and service delivery within Group Benefits & Retirement Solutions. As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Act as the dedicated contact for Toronto‑based clients by establishing, developing, and managing strong, value‑added relationships
Deliver comprehensive client training on products, tools, and services while managing expectations and supporting escalations
Understand client needs and identify solutions aligned with our capabilities and service standards
Collaborate with the Education team to develop communication plans and identify opportunities to enhance the member experience
Communicate regularly with clients and proactively inform them of relevant products, services, and updates
Support the sales team by preparing for and participating in finalist presentations with prospective clients
Establish, implement, and maintain our service model and strategies
Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and insights during internal meetings or workshops
We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships
Stands out for their strong customer‑service mindset and communication skills
Demonstrates deep knowledge of group insurance processes and administration
Is recognized for their autonomy, problem‑solving abilities, and capacity to thrive under pressure
Has 5+ years of experience in group insurance, preferably in a client service or sales‑related environment

The typical hiring range for this position is between $73,000.00 and $96,000.00 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
