What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated contact for Toronto‑based clients by establishing, developing, and managing strong, value‑added relationships

  • Deliver comprehensive client training on products, tools, and services while managing expectations and supporting escalations

  • Understand client needs and identify solutions aligned with our capabilities and service standards

  • Collaborate with the Education team to develop communication plans and identify opportunities to enhance the member experience

  • Communicate regularly with clients and proactively inform them of relevant products, services, and updates

  • Support the sales team by preparing for and participating in finalist presentations with prospective clients

  • Establish, implement, and maintain our service model and strategies

  • Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and insights during internal meetings or workshops
