Overview

As a Cleaner, you will have an extremely important role in helping to ensure the wellness of our tenants. Clean space and a friendly face can make anyone’s day! If making a difference is important to you, then using your eye for detail will help you make this positive impact all while satisfying your need for clean.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month‑end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
• Attending pre‑move‑out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Completing small repairs such as painting or lights as required
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required

• Knowledge of various cleaning products
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel between sites as required
• Ability to work late hours and weekends as required
