• Manage and organize a crew and their work for daily success.
• Understand job costing, coding, input productions, and hours worked.
• Plan work one week in advance and support superintendent objectives.
• Uphold workplace safety and advocate for quality workmanship.
• Lead in a team environment and deliver results.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in excavation construction.
• Technical skills: ability to manage and organize a crew, understand job costing, coding, input productions, and hours worked; strong safety and quality focus; ability to plan ahead.
• Interpersonal skills: great attitude towards safety, strong leadership and problem-solving, effective verbal and written English communication, teamwork, customer service, results-oriented, and desire to grow within the organization.
