Job summary

A global manufacturing company in Ontario is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive loss elimination and operational excellence at the manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science, along with over 3 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment. Responsibilities include optimizing operations, coaching problem-solving capabilities, and leading continuous improvement projects. Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Manufacturing Operations environment (GMP).
  • MSE/TPM advanced capability in particular FI, FMOS and AM, coaching and training.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Focus on back to standard performance through coaching.
  • Define new standards in key FI initiatives.
  • Drive action creation and closure within the FMOS process.
  • Facilitate Line Loss Analysis to drive OEE improvements.

Skills

Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Certification
Problem Solving and CI Mindset
MS Office and PowerBI experience
Project management capability/experience
General Organizational and business knowledge

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, and Related/Equivalent Experience
