Bene Bellezza is a luxury, cruelty-free beauty brand specializing in tinted moisturizers, serums, and skincare inspired by timeless elegance. We are seeking a Fractional CEO with deep experience in the cosmetic industry to lead growth strategy, brand positioning, and retail expansion during this pivotal stage.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall strategy and operations for Bene Bellezza’s growth
• Leverage existing industry connections to open retail, wholesale, and influencer distribution channels
• Oversee product launch plans, marketing alignment, and brand partnerships
• Establish scalable systems for operations, reporting, and sales performance
• Provide weekly updates directly to the Founder

Requirements

• Proven track record of executive leadership in the cosmetic or beauty industry
• Strong network of industry connections and ties (retail, wholesale, influencer, or manufacturing)
• 7+ years in cosmetics/CPG leadership (CEO, COO, or equivalent)
• Experience scaling a beauty brand from early-stage to multi-channel distribution
• Strong ability to balance luxury branding with operational execution
