This role focuses on optimizing financial systems and business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the ministry.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to major projects that enhance payment system functionality, implement policy and operational changes, and support new program development.
  • Provide financial expertise on IT projects and lead process improvements.
  • Build relationships with internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop risk mitigation frameworks, establish an internal audit process, create training programs, and support policy development.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and financial policies.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
