A large healthcare organization in Canada is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to manage a nursing team and provide clinical leadership. The role requires a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of experience in Critical Care and a commitment to patient-centred care. This position involves working 12-hour shifts to support a 24/7 service. Suitable candidates will have strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure safe clinical practice.

For this post you will work 12‑hour shifts to cover the 24/7 service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Critical Care Nurse to develop and utilise existing clinical, leadership and management skills within a Charge Nurse post within Critical Care, Institute of Neurological Sciences, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
