Job Description:

ALLPRO Construction Group is seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, including site preparation, framing, formwork, interior finishes, and more. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures
• Perform framing, concrete formwork, sheathing, drywall, trim, and finishing
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades on-site
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Red Seal or Carpenter Apprenticeship considered an asset
