Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a physiotherapy or private health care clinic setting is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and greet patients upon arrival.
  • Coordinate intake of information on the patient's first visit.
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork to avoid errors.
  • Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments.
  • Collect payment at time of service and maintain accurate insurance claims.
