Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and greet patients upon arrival.
- Coordinate intake of information on the patient's first visit.
- Assist patients with completing paperwork to avoid errors.
- Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments.
- Collect payment at time of service and maintain accurate insurance claims.
