A federal agency in Canada is seeking qualified candidates for bilingual term positions at the SP-03 and SP-04 levels in Winnipeg. Responsibilities include handling taxpayer interactions and reviewing forms. Successful applicants must have a secondary school diploma, proficiency in both English and French, and should ideally complete a relevant post-secondary course. These positions are based on-site with training provided and may require language testing.

Employees are required to work on‑site at a CRA‑approved location a minimum of three days per week or 60% of their normal monthly work schedule, unless an exception is granted.
We are seeking qualified and motivated candidates for multiple bilingual term (temporary) positions at the SP‑03 and SP‑04 levels at the Winnipeg Tax Centre. No permanent offers will be made from this staffing process.
Many positions are located in a high‑volume, production‑based office environment.
These positions require proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and/or Excel.
Some positions require the following additional educational requirements:
Foreign education credentials must be verified by a recognized credential assessment service and Canadian equivalency proof must be provided.
Candidates must be proficient in both English and French and able to demonstrate their ability to work in both languages. If you do not currently hold valid second language evaluation (SLE) results, you will be required to complete language testing as part of this staffing process.
Asset staffing requirements may be used at any stage of the staffing process.
Assessments are expected to begin in January 2026. Candidates who require accommodation during assessment should request it and provide supporting documentation. All information will be kept confidential.
