A major retail corporation in Edmonton, AB, is looking for an OMNI Department Manager to provide exceptional customer service and oversee the training and development of staff. Responsibilities include managing back office tasks, ensuring cleanliness of service areas, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. Position Summary... The OMNI Department Manager will provide customer service by offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca processes directly and through follow-up with OMNI Associates. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
