What you'll do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and quality in mind to ensure "On Time" delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring the correct quantity and product codes.
3. Ensure picked products are of the highest quality, with no damages and the freshest selection.
4. Accurately document and label all orders by interpreting and understanding documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support, including resolving issues.
7. Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards by maintaining a clean work area, cleaning spills immediately, and ensuring totes are debris-free before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing pre-use safety checks. Exhibit behaviors aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, productivity, safety, or quality improvements. Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.55, with the rate determined based on relevant experience.
