A regional youth support organization is seeking a Waterfront Director to ensure a safe and educational waterfront experience at Camp Glenburn in Kingston Parish. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and instructing Lifesaving training programs, supervising lifeguards, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should possess N.L.S. Waterfront Certification and experience in camp settings. A commitment to living on-site from June to September is essential to build leadership skills in youth while providing unforgettable experiences.

As the Waterfront Director at Camp Glenburn, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational waterfront experience for all campers. You will lead the planning and execution of water activities, manage lifeguard schedules, oversee equipment care, and provide swimming instruction. Your leadership will help create an environment where campers can learn new skills and have fun in a safe setting.
