Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in technology or IT services sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling professional services (software testing, IT consulting, or staffing preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Track all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting.
