A management consulting firm in Winnipeg seeks a qualified individual to analyze managerial methods and develop quality management standards. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience and a relevant diploma. This full-time position requires on-site work with a starting salary of $45 to $55 per hour, and involves supervising a team of 3-4 people.
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Work setting: Manufacturing and industrial plant.
Tasks: Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment. Develop quality management and quality assurance standards. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Supervise staff. Oversee development of communication strategies. Manage knowledge.
Supervision: 3-4 people.
Computer and technology knowledge: Data analysis software. Inventory control software. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Area of work experience: Project coordination.
