Looking for a crash course in software sales? The Business Development Representative (BDR) role at Motus will give you the foundation and tools to accelerate your growth in a rapidly growing SaaS business. In this role, you will help create new opportunities and drive revenue growth by researching, identifying, and qualifying leads and setting meetings for our closing Sales team.
Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills and work ethic, enjoys the grind, and is persistent and resilient in seeking new business.
This role is remote for candidates residing in Toronto, Canada. Other in‑person Sales Enablement and trainings are required for all members of the BDR team, some travel required.
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay rate for this role is $55,000 USD, plus Variable Compensation. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on individual performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with the employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short‑and long‑term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
