We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing custom printing company in Hamilton, Ontario. If you have strong B2B sales experience in printing, promotional products, or apparel manufacturing, this is your chance to drive growth, build long-term client relationships, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients in promotional marketing, apparel, and corporate merchandise sectors.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of proven B2B sales / business development experience.
  • Industry background in printing, promotional products, or apparel (mandatory).
