A leading project management firm is seeking a Business Development Advisor to lead growth initiatives and foster key client relationships. The role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in the mining, energy, or heavy industrial sectors and a strong technical background. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, proposal development, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel across Canada and the U.S. This position offers flexible working options and competitive benefits.
As a Business Development Advisor, you will lead the company's growth initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients. The role is focused on driving sustainable growth and diversification across commodities and geographies, positioning the company for long‑term success. Through a strong market presence and holistic relationship‑building, you will play a key role in advancing the company's strategic growth objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with our operations team to ensure delivery of specialized solutions for clients and prospective clients.
It is preferred that the Business Development Advisor be based in Vancouver, Kamloops, Calgary, Saskatoon, or Sudbury. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with required flexibility to suit the requirement of the work. Remote work will be considered.
