What You’ll Be Doing

The incumbent is responsible for initial review of incoming requests for investigation, review account transactions/deposits and/or new account openings and/or wire payments in order to determine possible fraud type, unusual activity, loss amount to ensure all risk factors are mitigated prior to assignment. All transactions must be reviewed thoroughly to ensure the all is processed effectively. Interpersonal skills must be demonstrated in order to effectively interact with external and internal business partners.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Being current to trends - Regularly updated knowledge of new products, policies, procedures and competition in order to meet client needs.

  • Relationship building - Work closely with internal and external business partners. As well as providing excellent customer service experience to clients.

  • Detail orientated - Thoroughly investigate different fraudulent cases and take appropriate measures to resolve the situation, including escalating/reaching out to other departments.
