Job Description

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise I&IT projects. The role focuses on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and translating business needs into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across project lifecycles.
  • Gather, document, and validate functional/non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions.
  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, process maps, user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
  • Manage and groom product backlogs; support Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, QA, architecture, and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Identify process improvements, customer journey enhancements, and manage dependencies.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials; lead solution demos.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, and governance standards.
Must Haves
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • 10 years of experience working as a BA.
  • Strong Agile and Waterfall experience.
  • Experienced in developing functional and non-functional requirements; leading and facilitating in-depth workshops to elicit, review, document and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules and user interface design, in order to create the technical framework/specifications for development of the business solution and/or infrastructure services or platforms.
  • Leads and facilitates in‑depth workshops to elicit, review, document and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules and user interface design, in order to create the technical framework/specifications for development of the business solution and/or infrastructure services or platforms.
  • Experience with MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Azure DevOps / Jira.

Certifications
  • Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma (any level)
