We’re growing — and we’re looking for a Building Cladding Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the building cladding projects from award through final installation. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with top-quality results.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage projects from start to finish — scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams to keep projects moving.
  • Coordinate engineering, permitting, panel fabrication, finishing, and installation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and installation timelines.
  • Track costs and approvals while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Conduct site visits or inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Resolve challenges quickly to keep delivery on track.
What You Bring

3–5 years of project management experience (ACM, cladding, or commercial construction preferred).

Post-secondary education in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (PMP certification a plus).

Strong technical aptitude — you can read drawings, spot issues, and find solutions.

Excellent communicator with proven client-facing experience.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple projects.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems (Epicor or equivalent).

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
