Brand Ambassador — Tropicraze

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent Tropicraze and engage with customers across events, retail activations, and community experiences. The ideal candidate will bring energy, passion, and a natural ability to connect with people. This role is vital in building brand awareness, sparking memorable interactions, and driving sales through engaging demonstrations and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and represent Tropicraze at events, trade shows, and in-store activations.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our beverages.
• Build authentic connections with customers through outstanding service and conversation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative promotional strategies.
• Gather and share customer feedback to support product innovation and brand growth.
• Use strong public-speaking skills to communicate Tropicraze's story at events and community gatherings.
• Stay up to date with our product lineup, brand values, and market trends to ensure authentic representation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, marketing, or sales preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive, memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to engage diverse audiences with confidence.
