Overview

Position: Remote Recruitment Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation: CAD $22 / hr

Languages: English and French

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Potential Overtime: During peak season

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Recruitment Specialist to manage hourly hiring activities for one of Accenture’s clients. The role involves connecting with regional Hiring Managers and ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction are met.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen candidates
  • Send emails and texts to applicants in the onboarding process to prepare for their first day
  • Conduct follow-up calls, monitor text and email responses as needed to assist with follow-up questions and responses
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to candidates, explaining the hiring process and expectations of the role
  • Engage in active listening with candidates, confirming and clarifying information and de-escalating as needed
  • Complete the hiring process end-to-end in Workday
  • Educate Applicants on the onboarding process
  • Extend offers to candidates
  • Update client system with notes and outcomes of actions completed
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 months - 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting
  • Bilingual in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in HR (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with HR systems / tools (e.g., Workday) is an asset
Professional Skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and French
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel for reporting
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently
