What will you do?
We have an opening for a Service Coordinator to join our team. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success in this role!
Responsibilities include:
Service Coordination:
- Respond to calls from customers, understand their needs, and respond appropriately.
- Dispatch building automation technicians for on-call services and planned maintenance to guarantee customer satisfaction and optimize division profitability.
- Arrange all necessary materials, documents, tools, and equipment to complete tasks.
- Monitor progress on jobs via feedback from technicians and take necessary actions.
- Ensure documentation, reports, and timesheets are recorded in SAP weekly.
- Support the invoicing and technical teams in communication with customers.
Billing Coordination:
- Price service calls, ensure all costs are included, and discounts are applied.
- Manage billing processes, create and mail invoices, and record billing data in SAP.
- Address queries from the Collections Team and improve billing processes through recommendations.
What will you need to succeed?
- Understanding of client needs and effective response skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Empathy, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
Assets:
- Field service dispatch experience, SAP knowledge, time management skills, and team spirit.
- Billing experience, SAP systems knowledge, and basic accounting skills.
