Bilingual GAP & RVI Claims Analyst – Bilingual Claim Analyst – GAP & Replacement Vehicle Insurance (RVI)

Location: Quebec - Remote

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Salary: Compensation range is up to $85,000 with a 15% bonus.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/French - oral and written)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims, finance, or auto-related industries.
  • Understanding of GAP & RVI products, automotive Bill of sale and financing, and loan/lease agreements.
  • Understand total loss insurance settlement processes.
  • Previous experience working with GAP & RVI claims or in a related auto insurance/finance field - a strong asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
