Overview

Bilingual Collections Agent – French & English

We are seeking a Bilingual Collections Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for securing billing payments from customers and maintaining positive client relationships while managing overdue accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Contact customers regarding unpaid accounts (via phone, email, or mail)
  • Receive and post payments to customer accounts
  • Advise and follow up with customers on outstanding balances
  • Initiate repossession proceedings or service disconnections when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and account status updates in the system
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal & written)
  • 2–3 years of collections or call centre experience
  • Experience with SAP, accounts receivable, credit collections, and invoicing
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills
