Your Mission

As a Claims Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our reimbursement process by:

  • Receiving receipts in a scanned/paperless environment
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries
  • Follow up with patients via call or email as a reminder to submit documentation required for reimbursement
  • Maintain patient information securely and accurately
  • Reviewing submission details to assess eligibility and level of coverage
  • Processing approved requests with precise data entry and accuracy
  • Investigating claims that require further clarification
  • Organizing work and documentation to ensure timely, accurate payment processing
What You Bring To The Table
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an office or administrative role
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • High attention to detail with quick and accurate data entry skills
  • Familiarity with claims processing is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bilingual in French and English (required to support communication with both internal and external stakeholders)
Compensation and Accessibility

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
