• Identify opportunities for additional LTL and Full loads to fill empty miles.
• Liaise with customers/terminals/sales/3PL's on pricing and service commitments.
• Monitor daily status of loads and communicate with stakeholders.
• Work daily with supervisors and dispatchers to meet daily needs.
• Negotiate rates and book various HP providers when required.
