Purpose

We are looking for an BI Analyst to join our lean, fast-moving Business Intelligence team in the online gaming industry. You’ll work in a high-impact environment where data drives every decision. This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, self-directed, and thrives on solving complex problems without being spoon-fed answers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Integrate new data sources and ensure clean, reliable data flow into our data warehouse
• Develop and improve KPIs such as LTV, churn, CAC, and campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
• Monitor pipeline performance, resolve issues proactively, and document workflows
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and usability
• Maintain and enhance data governance and quality processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong SQL skills, experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience with Tableau or other BI visualization tools (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of curiosity, initiative, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume data environments is an asset

Profile Differentiators

• Experience in iGaming (poker, casino, sports betting)
• Experience with data cataloging or governance tools
• Experience with Python and Slack
