A healthcare services provider in Ontario is seeking a Behavioral Technician to support individuals with developmental delays. The role involves implementing treatment plans and assisting with daily activities. Candidates should have experience working with disabilities and possess CPR/First Aid certification. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay starting at $25-$27/hour, along with valuable benefits.
$25 - $27 per hour. Behavioral Caregivers at Maxim Healthcare Services provide support and caregiving needs for children and adults with developmental delays and/or challenging behaviors. Behavioral Technicians work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement the behavioral care plan and keep track of the clients’ progress through each session. They also assist family members in maintaining the client in his/her home by relieving the family members from basic self-help needs and other activities of daily living including interaction, socialization, and continuation of daily routines.
