Job description

Join Costco Wholesale Canada as a Baker at the Windsor location. In this role, you’ll be preparing and baking a high volume of bakery products using Costco’s standardized formulas. You will handle industrial-size mixers, work with dough rollers and ovens, and be responsible for maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and sanitation.

This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals with baker experience, who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help support the bakery department and deliver consistent, high-quality baked goods to members every day.

About the role: Baker

As a Baker at Costco, your responsibilities include measuring and combining large quantities of ingredients, operating mixers and bakery machines, and baking items using large ovens. You’ll prepare batter, frosting, and fillings, and transfer raw products to raising rooms.

Other tasks include shaping dough for breads and pastries, monitoring oven temperatures and sanitation, and complying with health and safety codes. This role also includes providing excellent member service and supporting general bakery duties as needed.
