Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries
  • Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.
  • Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
