Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and facilitate the smooth transition from sales to finance
  • Determine customer financing needs through comprehensive consultations
  • Present financing options and product menus to enhance the vehicle ownership experience
  • Stay up-to-date on products and continually expand product knowledge
  • Process finance transactions in compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal regulations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets
  • Handle all administrative tasks timely and in accordance with company policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional business/finance education is an asset
  • OMVIC license required
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience in automotive sales or finance preferred
  • Comfortable working with technology
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Experience Required
  • Minimum 1 year in an automotive business office or finance role
