About this role :

Reporting into the Head of People (and Co-Founder), the Associate Director, People & Culture will lead and shape the P&C function across Bureau’s international presence. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution and is motivated by the challenges and opportunities of scaling a design-led global company.

Key responsibilities include building and managing programs across Culture & Employee Engagement, Talent Management, HR Tech Stack, and Policies & Handbooks.

This hybrid role is based in Vancouver, with an in-office presence three days per week.

About the candidate :

The ideal candidate will have at least six years of progressive People & Culture experience and hold a CPHR designation. They will bring proven, hands-on expertise in building high-performance cultures. A strong understanding of international HR practices is essential, including the ability to adapt to the unique policies and workplace cultures of the UK, Australia, and the US.

This individual will also have experience working with multiple HR tools and technologies, leveraging them to enhance efficiency and employee experience. They must be equally comfortable operating at a strategic level while executing with precision and impact.

This role comes with a base salary in the range of CAD $80,000-140,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including :
