We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager . As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service, supervising staff, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Respond to guest service issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring all actions and communications are within guest view.
  • Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere in the dining room.
  • Maintain menu knowledge and be able to answer general guest inquiries.
  • Adapt to changes in staffing, procedures, and service requirements.
  • Understand and execute special service procedures and paperwork.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in a complete uniform for any scheduled shift.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude under pressure.
  • Knowledge of restaurant service and procedures.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff members.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
