What You’ll Do
  • Develop and empower teams: Support the training, coaching, and development of a high-performing sales & management team to build depth and drive results.
  • Drive sales performance: Lead both individual and store-wide sales initiatives to meet and exceed company profit goals.
  • Execute operational excellence: Champion the daily execution of merchandising, product flow, and operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly and sharply.
