Job Description

Joining us means being part of an exciting company! You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the restaurant team, engaging in various responsibilities that set you apart. You will learn our systems and procedures, lead with enthusiasm, and help deliver a warm, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a culture focused on the enjoyment of food and wine
  • Contribute to recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and health and safety meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management
  • Communicate the restaurant’s vision and lead by example
  • Demonstrate high integrity, ethics, and promote the venue proudly
  • Assist with additional duties as required
