Job Details
  • Status: Permanent Full-Time
  • Location: 3030 Singleton Ave, London, ON N6L 0B6
  • Position Type: 75 hours biweekly
  • Expected Start Date: February 2026

The hiring range for this role is: $59,740 to $66,000.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and support leadership for the clinical services of Retirement.
  • Lead assigned clinical programs including tracking and analyzing trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement of the program.
  • Act as the Wellness Coordinator in his or her absence which includes directing all aspects of the nursing and clinical department.
  • Be in good standing with the CNO and hold a valid RPN license.
  • Have specific neighbourhood oversight and/or clear expectations which include HCA, Service Plans, Move In, Re-Admission assessments, clinical follow up and support for assigned neighbourhood team(s).
  • Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Geriatric nursing experience.
  • Nursing leadership experience.
