EXCITING JOB OPPORTUNITY IN VANCOUVER

Our client is in need of a building architect who can help them avoid the high costs of dealing with an architecture firm for their building designs. Someone with experience in light industrial or warehousing is needed. The right candidate needs to have experience with designing buildings using steel and concrete as the material. A candidate who has only done work with wood will not be a fit. This position will be part time, so ideally looking for a Registered architect who wants to pick up hours and is comfortable sealing their work.

MUST HAVES

• Registered as an architect
• Light industrial building experience or warehousing
• BC Building code part 3 knowledge
• Interest in working part time hours

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00 / hr.
