Main Responsibilities
  • Invoice processing: Receive, review and process invoices from vendors and suppliers accurately and efficiently
  • Vendor analysis and reconciliation: analyze vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances. Reconcile key vendor accounts to identify opportunities to optimize workflows and ensure amounts are accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Vendor maintenance: analyze and clean vendor profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information
  • Reporting: prepare accounts payable reports and analysis for management review. Provide additional insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Cross functional collaboration: actively work other departments such as operations to streamline processes.
  • Additional Tasks: Support Managers with other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years automated AP experience;
  • 1-2 years work experience in medical clinic. / hospital or insurance office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Action-oriented, highly organized, results-oriented, independent problem solver with demonstrated clinical, medical legal assessment and/or adjudication experience
  • Detailed familiarity with the current and prior auto insurance legislation, arbitration and associated legal decisions.
  • Solid command of the English language and demonstrated excellent communication skills
