Overview

Analyste des services logistiques (Bilingue, CDD de 18 mois) - Kenvue

Join to apply for the Analyste des services logistiques (Bilingue, CDD de 18 mois) role at Kenvue.

This is a fixed-term contract of 18 months based in Markham, Ontario. Hybrid work location.

What You Will Do
  • Own the daily customer management process from order receipt to deduction resolution, collaborating with Distribution, Transportation, and Customer Development teams.
  • Identify and eliminate recurring process inefficiencies to increase order accuracy and product availability, contributing to OTIF-D performance.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP, High Radius, Tableau, Power BI, and other Kenvue systems to uncover insights and drive operational improvements.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through proactive, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to minimize non-compliance deductions and support cash flow objectives.
What We Are Looking For

Education

  • A university degree in a relevant field is required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (French & English, written and verbal).
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong business relationships.
  • High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Curious and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Business-savvy with experience delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to implement scalable solutions.

Preferred

  • Relevant work experience is an asset; strong new graduates will also be considered.
  • Experience with SAP ONES4, High Radius, Excel, EDI, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles is a plus.

  • Location : Markham, Ontario; Work Location : Hybrid.
