The Trust & Safety Analytics team works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, and Compliance to discover insights through analysis and design experiments that optimize the trade-off between fraud prevention and user conversion while ensuring our processes remain compliant.
We are looking for a new team member to continuously identify customer pain points and test new fraud verification strategies to create the best-in-class user experience during customer onboarding and repeat transactions. You will also keep looking for new risk differentiators and remediate the vulnerabilities in our decisioning system to keep our platform safe. Additionally, you will be the data expert of our team with the opportunity to own data models and reporting dashboards.

Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
CAN base pay range per year: $109,000-159,000
