Edelman Data & Intelligence (DXI) is currently seeking an Analyst to join our Data and Intelligence team. Reporting to the Insights Manager, the role will focus on providing insights and consultative support to our account teams to help drive business results for our clients. The successful candidate will be a research professional who will utilize their experience working with data,largely secondaryin nature (e.g., social listening, media monitoring, syndicated data sets) to contribute to the growth of our Data and Intelligence business.
You will have a solid background in research methods and strong skills across the entire project lifecycle, from research design, project execution, data analysis, and reporting. You will leverage your experience, curiosity, and collaboration to support the development of innovative and creative research methods, and to uncover insights that will provide clear direction in terms of communications planning and marketing program related decision-making for our clients.
This position requires experience with various statistical methods that are necessary for interpreting data sets, as well as a passion for understanding their impact on human behaviour and the big picture. You also have excellent organizational skills, unwavering attention to detail, strong design abilities in PowerPoint or developing dashboards, and the ability to adapt to and effectively manage new conditions, assignments, and deadlines.
Beyond this, you are a clear communicator, an effective storyteller, and an adaptable collaborator who partners with internal and external stakeholders as well as your team members. You bring a positive attitude to the workplace, and you are eager to learn new things. People love working with you!
