Position Information

The Financial Analyst provides expert financial analysis to the FP&A leadership and various clinical and non-clinical programs. The Financial Analyst is involved in preparing and updating the annual budget, preparing required financial reports, the variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis based on management requests as to inform strategic decision making. In addition, the Financial Analyst supports the Finance Business Partners in providing strategic and financial advice to various departments to enable sound decision making that supports corporate and business objectives.

Temporary until approximately November 29, 2026.

Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
  • Undergraduate Diploma in Business and/or Accounting;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance in a large complex environment;
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and reporting tools;
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Sound judgement and initiative;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Accounting Designation (CPA);
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Hospital Experience;
