Mercor is recruiting Airfield Operations Specialists who work in transportation and warehousing as independent contractors on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as an Airfield Operations Specialist. Applicants must :

• Have 4+ years full-time work experience as an Airfield Operations Specialist
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada

Key requirements

• We aim to make the hourly compensation rate offered to you competitive based on your professional background and geographic location
• The work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule
• This project requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
• The work will last approximately 3-4 weeks after you begin the project
• You will need access to a desktop or laptop computer; Chromebooks are not accepted

Pay and contractor status

• We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role
• We will pay you weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project work hours
• You will be classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor
• Please note that we cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates
