Agronomy Scout

Location: Guelph, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking an Agronomy Scout to join our team at Sharpe's. This role is essential in supporting our agricultural operations by scouting fields and providing valuable insights on crop health, soil conditions and coordinating grower programs.

Primary Duties
  • Scout fields to assess crop health and identify any issues affecting growth.
  • Collect soil samples to provide recommendations for crop management.
  • Work closely with growers regarding best practices for maximum harvest.
  • Utilize tools for various tasks related to crop monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of scouting activities and findings for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain program requirements and annual reconciliations.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Skills & Requirements
