Job Summary

The Agile Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery across complex technology and business initiatives within the financial services sector. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on Agile expertise, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams through enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will coach teams, optimize delivery practices, promote an Agile mindset, and ensure initiatives stay on track with organizational governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple squads to ensure clear execution plans, sprint goals, and alignment.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, story‑mapping, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Coach Product Owners and team members on Agile best practices, prioritization, estimation, and delivery approaches.
  • Support project discovery, solutioning, and release readiness across business, technology, and vendor groups.
  • Monitor sprint velocity, team health, risks, blockers, and dependencies; implement action plans to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on roadmaps, financial tracking, scope, and governance deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC/PDLC processes and maintain documentation for audits and controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote Agile maturity across teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and alignment across domains and programs.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience delivering within banking, financial services, or other large enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to coach Product Owners and teams in Agile practices and backlog management.
  • Strong facilitation skills for story‑mapping, discovery, sprint planning, and cross‑team coordination.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage governance deliverables, risks, dependencies, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
  • Background in enterprise transformation, modernization, or digital delivery programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, audit, or compliance processes in financial institutions.
