Job Description:
Enterprise Computing Success in this role requires a strong understanding of technology, balanced with the acute business acumen and soft skills needed to work effectively both up and down the organization.
This role will report to the Fleet Enablement Lead and will require interaction with distributed technology teams, stakeholders, and resources globally supporting development teams in Montreal, New York and other global locations.
The Agile Business Analyst serves as the primary champion of the product strategies, helping implement Agile practices, and provides overall product leadership.
You will need to:
• Have the ability to elicit, analyze, generate business requirements documents (including Agile user stories, proof of concept models and supporting documentation)
• Have experience working in Agile teams, with strong expertise on Agile practices
• Have a proficiency in facilitating Squad meetings to ensure they are solutions-oriented, with focus on customer needs, delivering business value, and gathering client requirements, serving as a part-time Scrum Master
• Define and track the Key Performance Indicators for products (KPIs)
• Monitor and drive improvement & overall health of products.
• Partner with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Engineering, Development and Service Operations on delivery strategy for implementation, delivery support and maintenance of products
• Have the ability to incorporate and align new demand with key product features and strategy
• Gather continuous intelligence on the product performance, user attitudes, markets moves and new problems and opportunities
• Create, maintain and present client-facing product collateral like roadmaps, release plans & product briefings
• Manage vendor contracts and product financials
You have (Qualifications):
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager or Product Specialist
• A good understanding of and experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Kanban & DevOps
• A data driven mindsight, leveraging business-driven KPIs and available metrics to manage and communicate team performance
• Excellent skills in communication to various audiences, collaboration and prioritization
• Strong teamwork, leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-discipline teams and balance far-reaching stakeholder groups with competing requirements
• A proven ability to multi-task, managing concurrent avenues of delivery with minimal assistance
• Understanding of product financials, TCO of a product and cost recovery models
